Dispatch & Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch your item/s as soon as possible. Once an order has been placed, it's passed on to our packing and dispatch team who will organise your order for delivery. We deliver all parcels via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed Delivery Service and provide tracking numbers with all orders. Any orders which are placed with pre-order items will be dispatched when all items are in-stock. Cost for P&P is:
Standard UK Delivery - £4.40 or spend over £65, we’ll deliver for free: Orders for delivery within the UK will be shipped on a standard service with Royal Mail and usually arrive within 3-5 working days once dispatched but can take up to 5 working days during busy periods & calendar holidays. (tracking information available)
Next Day Delivery UK: £6.60 or spend over £65: Due to COVID-19 next day cannot be guaranteed! Orders placed before 1 pm will be shipped to arrive the next working day. Order placed after 1 pm will be dispatched the following working day (tracking information available).
International Delivery - £10.60 - £12.60: Orders will be dispatched/delivered within 5-7 days working days once dispatched (tracking information available) All items will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked and/or signed (dependant on what each country offers), to ensure a secure, quick and reliable service. Delivery times will vary, based on the destination, and we can provide a tracking number. Please ensure that the correct address details are provided on your order in compliance with the postal requirements of the recipient country - incorrect information can result in packages being returned to us in the UK and we are unable to re-send without an additional postal fee.
Please note: if attempts have been made to deliver your item and subsequently is returned to us, you will be liable for a re-delivery charge of the value stated above. If you'd rather collect from our Battersea boutique then please select this option at checkout.
We choose the most reliable and economical postal service, to ensure your packages arrive quickly and securely. Very occasionally for reasons out of our control, post can be either delayed or missing in action. If you think your order may be delayed/lost, we will do all we can to help. For UK orders, please let us know if you have not received your parcel within 10 days of dispatch. For non-UK order, please wait for at least 2 weeks before contacting us.
Our 1 Year Guarantee
All Licensed to Charm jewellery comes with a one-year warranty from the original purchase date. Any jewellery returned to us under the guarantee must include proof of purchase, email or receipt, to be valid.
The Licensed to Charm Guarantee is valid for re-plating of 18ct gold vermeil items and repairing damaged or manufacturing faults. This guarantee is subject to the return of the item and inspection by our silversmiths, it may not be valid if found to be caused by customer fault and is not valid on lost items that cannot be verified.
Licensed to Charm may repair or replace items under the guarantee depending on the piece of jewellery and repair required. For further information please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If for any reason you're unhappy with your purchase we will happily refund or exchange your items within 14 days of receipt of your goods. Items bought online are returned at your own expense, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty, and it should be returned unused, in a fully resalable condition with its original packaging.
